• Immediately after successful payment, we will automatically send your invoice to you by email.
• Secure shipping: Standard shipping to all destinations selectable at checkout is free. To ensure maximum security, we send every parcel exclusively by registered mail. Once the parcel has been handed over, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number for live tracking.
• Optional IGI certification: If you would like an individual authenticity certificate for your diamond from the International Gemological Institute (IGI), delivery will take approximately 14 additional business days because the report is prepared exclusively for your stone in the laboratory.
• Easy returns: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will refund your payment as quickly as possible and no later than within the statutory time limit to the original payment method. We may process the refund as soon as we receive the goods back or you provide proof of dispatch.

The delivery time is shown on each product page. Choosing optional IGI certification during checkout extends delivery by approximately 14 business days because the certificate is commissioned individually from the IGI laboratory.

Yes. All shipments are insured and sent in discreet packaging, so the package contents cannot be identified from the outside.

Standard shipping to all destinations selectable at checkout is free. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are made on a DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms® 2020) basis. Import taxes, potential customs duties, clearance charges and other local fees are not included in the purchase price, are assessed in the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Customs clearance may extend the delivery time.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider Stripe. The available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Free standard shipping applies to all destinations selectable at checkout. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur import charges in the destination country.

On request, we offer certification by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). The certificate documents carat weight, colour, clarity, and cut. It is prepared individually for your diamond, extending delivery by approximately 14 business days.

Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and physically identical to natural diamonds but differ in origin. Find more details in our lab-grown diamond FAQ.

Since an IGI certificate is produced individually and exclusively for the ordered diamond, it is excluded from the statutory right of cancellation as a custom-made item once the laboratory has started work. See our cancellation policy for details.

Clean your jewellery regularly with lukewarm water and mild soap, avoid contact with chemicals, and store it separately from other jewellery to prevent scratches.
